These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at www.brahmandadhyana.org ("the Site") operated by Brahmanda Dhyana Tapovanam Trust (Reg. No. 4-1025-10-2026), located at D.No. 115/1, Pattabhi Nagar, Behind Ambedkar Colony, Avilala, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560102, India ("the Trust", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, enrolling in events, donating, or otherwise using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site is open to individuals capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law. Participation in workshops and retreats is subject to a minimum age (typically 9 years for foundational programs) and other eligibility criteria published on each event's detail page. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian register on their behalf.

To enrol in an event or donate, you may be required to create an account using your phone number (verified by SMS OTP) and basic profile details (name, email, date of birth, address, emergency contact). You are responsible for keeping this information accurate and current, and for safeguarding your access to the phone number and email linked to your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt fraud, abuse the SMS verification system, or impersonate others.

Enrolment is confirmed only after successful payment. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-paid basis. Eligibility (age, prerequisites such as Traya Yukti completion, etc.) is verified before enrolment is confirmed.

Cancellations, refunds and the treatment of donations are set out in full in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Indian Rupee (INR) transactions support UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. Foreign-currency (USD) transactions support international cards and PayPal (subject to Razorpay's terms). The Trust does not store full card details on its servers. By initiating a payment you also agree to the relevant payment processor's terms of service.

All content on the Site — including text, images, photographs, course material, the Yukti Sadhana curriculum, logos and branding — is the property of the Trust or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any of this content without prior written permission.

Participants attending workshops, retreats or any in-person event at the Tapovanam agree to follow the ashram's code of conduct as communicated by the on-site organisers, respect the sanctity of the practices, treat fellow seekers and teachers with courtesy, and comply with applicable health & safety guidance. The Trust reserves the right to ask any participant whose conduct disturbs the program to leave without refund.

The Site and the Trust's programs are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Trust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or participation in its programs. Yukti Sadhana practices are intended for general well-being; if you have a medical condition, please consult a qualified physician before participating.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a prominent notice on the Site.
