Brahmanda Dhyana Tapovanam

Yukti Sadhana Peetham

A sanctuary for seekers walking the path of inner transformation through the systematic practice of Yukti Sadhana.

Our Vision

To awaken the inner universe within every seeker — guiding them from physical stability through breath mastery, into the vast emptiness of consciousness, and finally to the integrated state of meditative living. We envision a world where meditation is not just a practice, but a way of being.

Our Mission

To systematically transmit the ancient wisdom of meditation through the four levels of Yukti Sadhana — Sthira, Prāṇa, Śūnya, and Traya Yukti. We make the profound accessible, the complex simple, and the journey clear for sincere seekers of all backgrounds.

The Practice

What is Yukti Sadhana?

Yukti (युक्ति) means "skillful means" or "technique" — Sadhana (साधना) means "spiritual practice." Together, Yukti Sadhana is the art of applying skillful techniques to achieve inner stillness.

Unlike scattered approaches to meditation, Yukti Sadhana offers a structured, progressive pathway — taking you step by step from physical stability (Sthira), through breath mastery (Prāṇa), into the dimension of emptiness (Śūnya), and finally to the integrated state (Traya Yukti) where body, breath, and consciousness become one seamless flow.
